Feel free to explore by using the tabs at the top of the page to navigate through the site.  You will find information on the classes I teach as well as resources for students, parents, and fellow teachers.  I currently teach courses in English and English education at Western Michigan University, but in the past, I have taught courses in English language arts and social studies at Springport High School, and courses in ELA at PIONEERS Tutorial Co-op in Jackson, MI.  This website is devoted to my students, their parents, and my colleagues, though others (such as Book Club members) may find useful information here as well.
